The Call Me First Score is a leadership self assessment provided by Call Me First, founded by Damian Lewis. This policy explains what information we collect when you take the assessment and how we use it.

Your name and email address, which are required to take the assessment.

Your answers to the 30 assessment questions and the scores calculated from them, including your overall score and your five pillar scores.

Your marketing choice: whether you ticked the optional box to receive Call Me First insights and practical tools, and the date and time you did so.

To provide the assessment and show you your results.

To improve the Call Me First Score. This includes anonymous comparisons across completed assessments. These comparisons show only combined answer totals and never display anyone's name, email or individual answers.

To follow up with you personally about your results or a Private Leadership Audit, when appropriate.

Entering your email to take the assessment does not sign you up for marketing. We only send you Call Me First insights and practical tools if you tick the optional marketing box.

If you opt in, we share your name, email and assessment scores with Klaviyo, our email service provider, so we can send you relevant content. If you do not opt in, your information is not sent to Klaviyo.

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any of our emails, or by contacting us at the address below.

Your information is stored in a secure cloud database run by our hosting provider. Access is restricted, and your answers are not publicly visible.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of storing or sending data online is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers described above, who help us run the assessment and send emails, or when the law requires it.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you have given us, or withdraw your marketing consent, by emailing us.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
